Mobile App Development
iOS and Android apps that become part of your users' daily lives. We run the whole journey together, from idea to App Store and Google Play release.
Many app ideas, few well-run projects
The most common traps in mobile projects:
- Separate teams and budgets for iOS and Android — costs double from day one.
- Development starts before the scope is clear; the budget melts as the project drags on.
- The app gets built but stalls in store review and never ships.
- It ships, but the developer disappears at the first update; the app is orphaned.
A mobile app is not a one-off job — it's a living product. Plan it any other way and the effort goes to waste.
One codebase, two platforms, a living product
We build iOS and Android together
Using cross-platform technology, we ship to both stores from a single codebase: lower cost, simultaneous release, one maintenance burden. If your project genuinely needs native development, we say so openly and explain why.
Core version first (MVP)
Rather than cramming every feature into version one, we recommend launching with the version that captures the app's essence. Steering by real user feedback beats guessing — it's cheaper and more accurate.
Store processes are our job
App Store and Google Play submissions, review criteria, release management — we handle the bureaucracy.
We think backend-inclusive
Most apps need server infrastructure: user accounts, notifications, data sync. We design the app and its backend as one coherent whole.
How we work
Idea and scope workshop
We shape your idea together: who is the target user, what belongs in version one, what waits? Output: a written scope and estimated timeline.
UI design and prototype
Before any code, you get the app as a clickable prototype. You experience the flow on your own phone and make changes at the cheapest stage.
Incremental development
Throughout development we push test builds (TestFlight / closed testing) to your phone; you see progress in your hand, not on a slide.
Testing and store release
Device testing, store submissions and the release process are managed by us.
Post-launch cycle
We monitor usage, ship fixes and new versions on a planned cadence. Your app is never left without an owner.
Let's talk about your app idea
A rough idea is fine — we'll sharpen the scope together in the first meeting. You'll get an honest assessment: we'll tell you what needs a mobile app, and what doesn't.
