Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

This is a draft pending legal review. It is an informational English translation of the Turkish privacy notice; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed

When you visit our website (vialumesoft.com) and use the contact form, the following personal data may be processed:

  • Identity and contact data: name, surname, email address, phone number (if provided), company/organization name.
  • Request content: the message you submit via the contact form and messages you write to the chat assistant on the site.
  • Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, visit date and time, and usage data collected via cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and legal bases under KVKK:

  • Receiving and responding to your contact requests — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2(f)) and, where your request aims at forming a contract, Art. 5/2(c);
  • Communicating with you about the service or demo you requested — Art. 5/2(c) and 5/2(f);
  • Ensuring website security and preventing abuse — Art. 5/2(f);
  • Fulfilling legal obligations — Art. 5/2(ç);
  • Analyzing site usage via non-essential cookies — explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

4. Transfers of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with our suppliers for hosting, email delivery, the chat assistant and analytics, and with authorized public institutions where legally required, in accordance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9. 5. Retention

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about such processing; to learn its purpose and whether data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction; to request notification of these operations to third-party recipients; to object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages.
