About Us
Vialume Software is a software development company. We build custom software, web and mobile application projects.
Our Story
We founded Vialume to fix a recurring problem we'd seen across years of software projects: the communication gap between software companies and their clients. Projects with vague scopes, months of silence, systems that don't fit the business when finally delivered — we've heard that story too many times.
We build the engagement the other way around: a clear scope first, then a transparent development process with regular interim deliveries, and continued support after handover. We're a young company and we don't hide it — instead of a big corporate history, every project gets the founding team's direct effort and attention.
Our Approach
We work in writing
Scope, timeline and mutual responsibilities are written down in every project. The sentence "but we talked about it" is never uttered in our projects.
We deliver in small increments
We don't disappear for months and deliver once. We show working results at short intervals; if things head the wrong way, we both notice early.
We give honest advice
If an off-the-shelf tool solves your need, we say so. That honesty costs us in the short term and earns trust in the long term — we know which one matters.
We design in security and privacy
In every system holding personal data, privacy compliance and security are part of the design — not features bolted on later.
Where are we headed?
Client projects are the center of our revenue today, but we look at every one of them with the same question: "Would this solution help other organizations facing the same problem?"
Our products are the concrete steps of that approach: industry-specific AI Chatbot assistants, and the Alumni System and Association Management System for associations and universities.
Our long-term direction is clear: carrying the experience accumulated in service projects into subscription-based software products and AI-powered solutions. Rather than announcing ambitious targets in advance, we move by building each step on the previous one.
Let's meet
Whether you have a project or just want to talk through an idea, write to us. The answer comes from the team that would build it — not a sales rep.
